Bosses, Stop Caring If Your Employees Are At Their Desks I love this!  It’s an article that talks about scientifically proven studies that discovered people are more productive if they work on their own time.  This is everything I’ve been saying my entire life!  I could do a job so much better from 11-8 than I ever could from 8-5.  I hope offices start adopting this by the time I’m in the workplace.
